Our global midwifery care fee includes all of the following:

• Prenatal Care:

  • Monthly visits until 28 weeks

  • Biweekly visits from 28-36 weeks

  • Weekly visits from 36 weeks until birth

  Birth Services:

  • On call for home birth services between 37+0 and 42+0 weeks.

  • Midwife and birth assistant (usually another licensed midwife) will attend the birth.

  • Approximately 3-4 hours of immediate postpartum support to include lactation support

  Postpartum Care:

  • 24-48 hour pp visit

  • 3-5 day pp visit

  • 2 week pp visit

  • 4 week pp visit

  • 6 week pp visit

In addition, a birth tub rental is included for those who would like a water birth.

Global Midwifery Fee is $5,500 - $8,000 sliding scale. Contact for an exact quote.

This global fee includes ALL of your prenatal visits, birth, and postpartum visits.

A $1,000 deposit is due by your initial visit.

Minimum payments of $250 are paid at each prenatal visit and full balance must be paid by 35 weeks gestation.

Lab draws are done in office & included, however, processing the results with Labcorp is billed by them to your insurance or cash pay.

• Initial Labs at 10-14 weeks: CBC, ABO/Rh factor, Antibody Screening, HgA1c, Hep B, Hep C, RPR, HIV, Rubella, Varicella, Vit D, GC/CT, UA/UC.

• 28 weeks: repeat CBC, Gestational Diabetes Screening, and Antibody Screen.

• 36 weeks: Group B Strep (GBS) vaginal swab and GC/CT.

Ultrasounds will be referred to Sonohealth Ultrasound but billed by them to your insurance or cash pay.

• 1st trimester dating ultrasound as indicated

• Anatomy scan between 18-22 weeks

• 3rd trimester growth scan as indicated
