Ashley helped us feel at ease, which made the birthing experience much more comfortable. We were so grateful to have her with us during such an important time, but also cannot say enough how helpful she was in the preparation period prior to birth! Our meeting with her after delivery was also so helpful. She was incredibly supportive and encouraging, and helped us to feel validated and heard in regards to our birth and postpartum experience.

I so enjoyed working with Ashley during my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. Ashley was incredibly professional, but also felt like a good friend from the start. She answered my endless list of questions, provided education in areas I hadn’t even thought about, and offered referrals anytime there was something else I might need. She helped me form a birth plan according to my wishes, and helped me advocate for it to be followed as closely as possible. Even after she finished her services with me, she’s been responsive to my texts with questions, curiosities, etc. My husband was highly involved in supporting me throughout the whole process, so he was also part of our meetings with Ashley, and he says he’s going to miss her! We are already thinking about hiring her again if and when we have a second child. I highly recommend Ashley’s services!

My husband and I feel so blessed to have found Ashley in our search for a caring, supportive, and knowledgeable doula. As a first time mom who fell into the high risk category, it was important for us to have someone we trusted with such a wide range of experiences and expertise. Having Ashley’s guidance as our birth plan went in a completely different direction than we’d hoped, was a saving grace. Her calmly presence, positive mindset, and deep understanding of both our hopes and wishes and the entire birthing process, made a stressful situation much more manageable and successful. Ashley truly has a gift and anyone who is lucky enough to have Ashley as a midwife, doula, or support of any kind during their pregnancy or birth experience is extremely lucky.

Let me tell you, having Ashley by my side was way more than just having a doula. She was basically my personal cheerleader, and a total inspiration. Seriously, here she was, pregnant herself, and yet she was still rocking the support system like nobody's business! It was amazing to see the power of women lifting each other up, and how giving doesn't stop even when you're receiving too. That's why I can't recommend Ashley enough to any mama-to-be out there. Her dedication, kindness, and strength are a gift, no matter what's going on in her own life.
